Community rules
Board members must be respectful to each other.
- In order to have a healthier and more interactive discussion environment, it is obligatory for the members of the board to respect the beliefs and opinions of other users.
- Racist, sexist, homophobic, abusive comments, insults or slang expressions made by the members of the board to each other in the environments created for communication will not be tolerated. In such cases, the UBT Community reserves the right to delete the memberships of the necessary persons.
-The personal information of the members of the community is only accessible to the board of directors. Access to general assembly members and/or community members is strictly prohibited. The memberships of the person/persons who use this information for their own benefit and communicate with other members in a disturbing way will be deleted and will be referred to the higher authority.
- It is obligatory for the members of the board of directors and the general assembly to perform their duties without interruption. Otherwise, it will be referred to the disciplinary committee.
It is mandatory for the members of the general assembly to attend the events. In case of excuse, the necessary information should be given to the board of directors in advance. Each member has the right not to attend a maximum of 3 events with excuses.
- Tools and equipment such as telescopes used in events must be under the supervision of experts. Otherwise, the person is responsible if something happens to the tools and equipment.
-Books taken from the community library must be brought back by the specified day. Otherwise, it will be referred to the higher authority.
- It is forbidden to enter the community room without an authorized person.
